Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that order addresses cannot be changed after 12 hours of placing your order, and we are unable to accept special requests to alter addresses beyond this timeframe. Refunds or returns will not be provided in these circumstances.
Product delivery times vary depending on product size, you can find more information on this below:
Standard Sized Products: Most standard items arrive within 4–12 business days.
Large-Sized Products: For products marked as Large Sized Product in the description, please allow up to 4–28 business days for delivery due to their size and handling requirements.
Please note: If a product is not labelled LARGE SIZED PRODUCT in the description, it is considered a standard-sized item by default.
Remote & Very Rural Delivery Areas
Deliveries to remote, regional, or very rural areas of Australia may take longer than our standard delivery estimates. In some cases, orders to these locations can take up to 30 calendar days from the order date due to carrier limitations and Australian logistics networks being unable to facilitate expedited services to certain areas.
We appreciate your patience and understanding for deliveries to these locations.
Refunds for unreasonable shipping delays are only available if the order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of the order date (excluding remote areas)
In general terms, please allow up to 4–12 working days for delivery from the time your order is confirmed as dispatched, as delivery times may vary depending on location, size of product and product availability.
We DO NOT ship outside of Australia. We only ship our products to and within Australia. Do not attempt to order from any other country or zone.
As a small Australian business, we aim to offer a wide range of quality products. To do this efficiently, a portion of our stock is held with our trusted 3PL partners, including international facilities. This allows us to keep pricing low for consumers and maintain consistent availability across our range.
In some cases, items may be shipped directly from these supplier facilities or temporarily placed on back-order depending on availability. For this reason, we ask that you allow up to 15 business days from placing your order as a reasonable delivery window for your order to arrive.
Some orders may be shipped separately for supply or shipping cost / logistics reasons. Please do not be alarmed when this happens, all items will always still be delivered, even if separately.
If your order is not dispatched from our supplier’s facility within the expected timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund and we will do anything possible to make it right by you.
If your order does not arrive within the 4–15 business day period, our support team will do our best to amend the situation accordingly.
Items that cannot be delivered due to the recipient not being available, or items not collected from the courier’s designated location after a missed delivery, will not be eligible for a refund if they are eventually returned to the supplier.
Items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or fake address details will not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer takes full responsibility for the address details provided and must notify us within 12 hours after placing an order to change any such address detail issues.
In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. We recommend tracking your delivery closely via our website to avoid missed pickups and return-to-sender delays.
